The prescribed format
The four blocks below — Attended Funeral, Unattended Funeral, Fees You Must Pay, Additional Funeral Director Products and Services — use the wording and ordering set out in Schedule 1 of the Funerals Market Investigation Order 2021. The format is fixed by law; only the monetary values and the coffin description may be changed.

Required disclosures
What we don't do
- No referral fees. We do not pay or receive any payment, commission or other reward for referring families to, or accepting referrals from, a crematorium, cemetery, burial ground, hospice, care home, hospital, coroner or any other organisation.
- No hidden charges. The price quoted to you in writing before you commit is the price you will be asked to pay. If anything changes — for example, you choose a different coffin or add a limousine — we will tell you the new price and ask you to agree to it before proceeding.
- No pressure. You may take our price list away, compare us with other funeral directors, and come back at any time. There is no obligation in asking.
